Songwriting contest and a performance from Kris

Kris is serving as the celebrity judge for a songwriting contest sponsored by the local arts council and tourism bureau. Normally, I don't bother with these types of events because this is a blog about Kris' own live performances, but we'll make an exception for this particular event as it promises a live set from Kris.
This contestant seems excited about it! Listening to his Spotify, he kind of has a Kris vibe. (The song he's performing isn't on Spotify.)
Updated 3/2/2018: Not sure who won, but we did get Kris' set list and an IG video of him singing Waves (which is not on the set list)!
