I was asked if I would cover this festival thing that sprouted up and, reading the description, it does sound like just the thing Kris seems to need to get inspired to do some of the things with his career that I would like to see him do. I like that Charlie Peacock, his Horizons producer, is directing it. Most of it is private, but it does have a free public concert on Thursday, July 30.

Show and List Preview:
Kris takes a break from the No Limits Tour and does a solo headlining show at a great venue in Burlington, VT that he played during the Out Alive tour. It was a great show last year, featuring an awesome cover of Tighten Up by the Black Keys. Let's see how he tops it!

Special get well soon wishes to Kris fan and Burlington show regular @802Jumper - she is in the hospital and sad to not be able to go to this show. Hopefully Kris can wish her well.

Kris returns to Purple Pawns territory for the rest of the Out Alive Tour, starting with tonight's show in Burlington, VT. The East Coast is a stronghold for Kris, should make for some great shows. This particular show was promoted heavily by local radio, especially by Ronnie of Mix 102.3, and that station is sponsoring tonight's meet and greet.

List Preview:
Not the biggest list, but Kris' two biggest fans in Vermont, @bignliddle and @802Jumper, will be there and I really hope they get to meet him this time! Make it happen Big Daddy! There is also a group of fans that have traveled for the New England shows, so they will be on a few of our lists, starting with this one.

The Out Alive tour begins tonight in Killington, Vermont at the Pickle Barrel Night Club! Read about Killington in the Little Pawns Tour Guide. Show time is 9:15 pm Eastern! (See the Time Zone Converter on the right side of the blog to find what time it will be where you live.)

We do have some good tweeters going! And starting with this list, we've got some new things we're doing. First, during the show, Kris fans watching the list can gather to chat about the live tweets, pics and all things Kris in Little Pawns' chat room. I'll try to stop by most nights!
