It's been a long while since Kris Allen played regular (non-Christmas) shows, and played them in California. Those fans have waited awhile, and the week of October 15, 2019, Kris returns to play Los Angeles, Berkeley, Novato (Marin County near San Francisco) and Winters (near Sacramento).
The basic 22 song set list for the tour is in this post. In subsequent sets, Kris has added Written All Over My Face to that set, and on one occasion, Parachute.
Come back after the shows as I'll put the highlights from these stops in this post! In the meantime, here's a nice interview with Kris from the Winters, CA local paper.
Updated October 24: Added some links to all the awesome stuff that @krismicklin posted from the Winters show!

Linda (@krismicklin) has shared a ton of video snippets on her twitter timeline and this photo album as well.
I'm going to add, thank you to all of the fans who shared photos, videos and stories from the California shows! You all earned #gavegoodlist. :)
October 17, 2019, HopMonk Tavern, Novato, CA:
Kris debuted another new song! No title yet, but thank you Christi for grabbing video and passing it along! If I were naming it, I'd call it, "We Will Change." (Kathy @kheilig transcribed the lyrics and posted her own video of it - you can see them on this post.)

The big news up front: Los Angeles did us all a solid and got Kris to play Turn the Pages during the VIP meet and greet! They also got us a full set list, lots of videos and some scoop. And there was a Krim reunion! So happy to see Krim reunion after all these years 😍 @KrisAllen @jambajim pic.twitter.com/36fnxcDx3F— Jonins (@krisjonin) October 16, 2019
Here's Turn the Pages! (PREMIERE - yes, this is sadly the first time he's ever played this beloved song from Thank You Camellia live)
Full set list for Los Angeles (at VIP he did Turn the Pages, Parachute and Prove It to You). Thank you @12ratna and @krismicklin! The new song is "More Machine" for those wondering.

The Los Angeles crowd ALWAYS earns #gavegoodlist. Because they take video! Here's Snap's playlist (20 videos!) and also check out the Real Concert King's channel for more videos!:
Remember when Kris had a NCAA Basketball tournament fantasy game in 2018? The winner won lunch with him? The winner and her friend collected yesterday!
During lunch they got some scoops for us:
- The Conway show. They jumped the gun on the poster. They will try to do something in AR but don't hold him for it. Not yet confirmed. I told him that there are people wanting to come and need to make arrangements. He said he understands.
- He is working on the new album and he said there are upbeat songs ( since I asked, lol) and should be full band next year. (Note: he talks more about this in the Q&A - see Snap's video playlist.)
- No Christmas show this year. He'll try to be home on the holidays. He'll be with the whole family in Disney World on Halloween.(Note: he's playing Epcot on November 2 and 3.)
- I reminded him to remember us in the west Coast for future Christmas show. He said, yes, but it is hard because of the distance.
- We were reminiscing how he had so many more shows before in the West Coast (I told him I went to 6 shows in 8 days for the Out Alive shows in 2013). He said he did not remember anything because he was on drugs 😂 after the accident.
thanks for the blog!
