10 Years, 1 Night Tour | Kris Allen finally returns to California for solo live shows October 15 - 18

It's been a long while since Kris Allen played regular (non-Christmas) shows, and played them in California. Those fans have waited awhile, and the week of October 15, 2019, Kris returns to play Los Angeles, Berkeley, Novato (Marin County near San Francisco) and Winters (near Sacramento).

The basic 22 song set list for the tour is in this post. In subsequent sets, Kris has added Written All Over My Face to that set, and on one occasion, Parachute.

Come back after the shows as I'll put the highlights from these stops in this post! In the meantime, here's a nice interview with Kris from the Winters, CA local paper.

Show and List Preview:
Kris and the band return to Sacramento. The last time they were here in 2013 for the Out Alive Tour, they vastly improved a Justin Bieber song. Luckily, the crowd this time is 21+ so hopefully we can avoid Bieber covers (even if they are good ones, they are still Bieber covers for goodness sakes). ;) There will also be a radio show earlier in the day for local station Star 106.5 (who also did one for the Out Alive tour) so that will be incorporated into this post and live tweet list.

We will get two lists for the price of one today, as the Out Alive Tour hits California's state capitol. First, Kris will do the "Metro PCS Lounge" for local contest winners (this will take place around midday PST).

Then tonight it's the usual concert at a local college. As of this writing, the venue could stand to sell a few more tickets so a last-minute promo push is on. It's possible fans may have opted to go to his Valentine's Day show in San Francisco?

That said, our list is going to be robust, with some great video folks on it! I have put the contest winners on this list as well, so if you see them tweeting about something other than the concert, it's because they went to the contest concert earlier in the day. As always, just scroll on by anything you don't like.
