Kris is on a month-long acoustic tour with his good friends in the pop rock band Parachute. Parachute, who is fantastic about fan service, is letting their fans vote on their set list. Kris has keyboardist Andrew St. Marie in tow and he is sharing a bus with Parachute. The venues are smaller than either act filled last tour (apparently they are favorite venues of Parachute's), and so far the crowds have been lively and showing up early to line up. I've got Kris' expected set list in the post; Will post what I can find for Parachute's set list after the show (since it's changing each time).

The tour continues Thursday night in Fairfield, CT, a New York suburb that Kris has played twice at before. Information for this specific show can be found after the break!

Updated 4/22/2017: Not too much from this show yet. A couple of nice photos plus some short videos after the break (including a cringey one of girls googling "Chris Allen" while he sings Faster Shoes; I guess it's good that they were moved to google?)... If you were there and can help with set list, please do! Thanks!

Kris returns to the east coast to give the people of the northeast a holiday treat, with the latest of his free mall appearances. This one is in Danbury, CT, about 70 miles from New York City and an easy train trip away. Even better, this mall is large and has been promoting the concert, plus we have some regular listers going!

Updated after the show: Another successful mall appearance in the books, and thanks to our friend Ang, we've got video, set list and more after the break!

Kris is doing another college showcase, this time for colleges in the northeast. These are private events for those attending the larger convention. I'm sure he will impress a bunch more college activities boards! Personally, I like that this particular one is close to New York City as it is his new Christmas album release day!

UPDATED: Another successful showcase in the books based on live tweets! Some media in post.
UPDATED 11/05/2016

We Need a Little Krismas! All the Kris Allen 2016 Mall Christmas Concerts Info Here!

I thought I'd do a single post now to list all the Christmas mall appearances from Kris Allen coming our way. Besides the Comfort and Joy tour supporting Jim Brickman, he'll be doing some tree lightings and mall appearances solo! (I'm so happy one of those is in my area so you know you'll get great coverage on that one!) (Updated 11/04/2016)

So, here's where you can go see Kris sing Christmas tunes live this November at your local mall! The mall appearances also all have contests going on to meet Kris which require you to follow the mall on IG and Facebook, so I've included handy links to do that. Pro Tip: Having previously won an IG contest from the NoVa mall on this list, I will tell you it's very important to follow contest directions exactly.

Also, please be sure to let me know @KrisAllenLists on Twitter if you will be going to a show. It's very much appreciated by me when you do that! I will update this post with additional information and dates should they become available.

Kris returns to a venue he last performed at in 2013 for what is as of now his only scheduled show for this year for the east coast. I really hope he and his team rethink that. The usual people who go to his New England shows are on the list so you should get video and pictures this time. You can always count on east/best coast Kris fans!

Updated with set list, videos (don't miss the mash-up of Monster with BB King's The Thrill is Gone) and media after the break...

Not sure how this one will go. It's in northern Connecticut, about an hour from Hartford. It's also near various Massachusetts college towns and eastern New York. Also, a major Nor'easter is predicted.

Update: And indeed the storm has forced the cancellation of this show.

The Out Alive Tour continues its swing through New England with a stop at the famous Mohegan Sun Casino in Uncasville, CT. Kris will be doing a free, general admission (21+) show in the smaller Wolf Den venue within the casino. At the same time, country music goddess Reba McEntire will be performing in the larger arena. YES I'm hoping they will cross paths! After all, Kris' very first concert was Reba!

List Preview:

It will be a good list - we've got good regulars, good tweeters, faithful Purple Pawns and some newbies attending. Get there early folks!

Updated: What a great show and list! Although we don't know if Kris met Reba (her show ended before his did, and he hasn't flailed, so it is not looking good. Don't miss his cover of her song Fancy! Set List/Video Links post is here.

Tonight the Out Alive Tour moves to the outer suburb of Ridgefield, CT, in the Hudson Valley north of New York City. The town is near the city of Newtown, CT, site of the recent school shooting tragedy.

Tonight's list is actually full of people who are not regular Kris fan attendees, so it will be interesting to see their reactions! We do have some good tweeters and video-ers going as well.

Tonight, Kris begins a four-day, five-show swing through the East Coast. Fans are very excited! This show will be the smallest of the five, but we have some excellent tweeters and video-takers on this list! Quality, not quantity, sometimes is best!
